Henna is a win!

I had been dreaming of color for a while and was thrown off track by my temporary situation with the falling locks. Well, I am glad to report that there is major growth occuring and I am very happy. Thank You God! I decided to apply henna after reading all the benefits it brings like shine, strength and of course natural color without damaging your hair. I had used henna many years ago in my teen years and the results were good. I decided to take the plunge and was not turned off by the long process and the smell of the henna which can be overwhelming if you can't handle smells. Anyway, I applied the henna and I am so glad to report that it appears to have "revived" my hair. It shinny, bouncy and I am trying to stop touching it. I plan to apply once a month ( its a great conditioner/strengthener) and I am looking to thicken and help accelerate the growth in the back of my head. My hair always grew slower in the back even as a child . It will eventually catch up to the front but it needs more love and tenderness.
